Training & Documentation

Training is available at your location and online, via the web, in order to allow for the least amount of disruption to your organization.

We provide all user documentation as well as specialized documentation to assist your system and database administrators with operating and maintaining the eMCee system.

System Enhancement Requests

We recognize the need for our product development strategies to match our clients’ business needs. That's why we have established a mechanism for your organization to submit requests for additional system functionality and/or additional reports.  We capture all submitted requests within our SER database and evaluate each request when formulating our release schedules.  We do our best to make sure your requests are honored in a timely fashion.
