Enhancement Requests
We recognize the need for our product development
strategies to match our clients’ business needs. That's why we have
established a mechanism for your organization to submit requests for
additional system functionality and/or additional reports. We
capture all submitted requests within our SER database and evaluate each
request when formulating our release schedules. We do our best to
make sure your requests are honored in a timely fashion.
