Notes 

Allows users to enter and attach notes.  Indicator buttons change colors to alert users that note exist. The user can document unique and unlimited information related to each record in the system.
User Security

User’s security privileges can be defined as they pertain to their role or group in your organization.  For example, claims processors can be given permission to access only the claims entry screen. Security is maintained by your System Administrator.  This provides additional protection to your system.

User defined dropdowns

System Administrators maintain the user-defined field values that appear as drop-down lists in eMCee.  Field values can be added, modified and/or deleted. Creating user-defined fields allows users easier access to all valid values.  As a result, time is saved during data entry and chances for errors are reduced.

Powerful Search Mechanisms The system provides users diverse search criteria to enable them to locate records easily and quickly. Easy-to-use navigation buttons allows users instant access to search results which saves time in data entry and aids in reduction of errors.
On-Line Help On-Line Help is organized as it is in other Microsoft Windows applications. Help can be accessed easily from any module at any time during use. Your organization will receive updates to the resource help file as new product functionality is released.
